BIG DADDY'S​​

Steve and Michele Flora, owners and operators of Big Daddy's Catering, have enjoyed working in the food industry for over 40 years combined. Steve began in the grocery business as a baker and manager.  He later moved on to be the general manager of Panera Bread, Starbucks Coffee, and locally for Woody's BBQ. Michele spent years as a waitress for Cajun Kitchen, and later was the general manager of IHOP.  She also was instrumental in her role as lead caterer and manager for Woody's BBQ.

Together, Steve and Michele, desired to do something more.  They purchased a concessions business specializing in serving delicious fresh fruit smoothies at large events.  This was just the beginning.  With Steve's love of cooking and Michele's love of serving, they decided to start their own catering business and with four adult children who share their standards of quality and customer service, they were off and running.

Big Daddy's specializes in delicious BBQ, gourmet sandwiches, taco bars, burger bars, and more.  Casual and fun is their mantra, but they can do fancy and fussy too!  The only thing they won't compromise on is the quality of their food or their service.
